Our communication was inconsistent it was impossible to remember what unique COI was offering However we all felt intuitively what unusual values the company gave us This was confirmed by numerous internal surveys and corridor conversations with employees In fact we found the same results during focus groups and workshops We read the same about us on the Internet and heard from outsiders We saw that the competition didnt have it We had everything handed to us on a plate we just needed to sort it out Initially from the abovementioned research and surveys we came up with as many as nine EVPs including what we sensed Azerbaijan Mobile Number List subconsciously but there were also slogans such as good atmosphere nice benefits mutual help Were these factors mentioned very often by employees Yes Were these values that would distinguish us on the market and make the candidate think This is where not So we started sifting out everything that was repetitive on the market and ended up with three EVPs Why did we choose three EVPs I know there are different schools However we just like the entire process approached it very flexibly We wanted this EVP to adapt to us and our needs not the other way around Thats why we chose three because they simply played with us the most We did the same with the form we knew what our needs were We lacked readymade texts for all kinds of advertising materials At the same time we knew that we really needed a claim a slogan that would encompass the essence of the company.
